1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of our wedding and event organizing and decoration services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.
2. Services Provided
We offer event planning, organizing, and decoration services for weddings, corporate events, parties, and other occasions. Specific services and packages will be outlined in your service agreement.
3. Booking and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of minimum 20% of total amount is required to secure your booking.

Full payment must be made either prior to the event date or during the event, as per the agreement made during the booking.

Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of services or cause of to pursue legal action.
4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 20 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total service cost.

Cancellations within 15 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel our services at any time, for any reason, at our discretion. We will notify you promptly when this situation arise.

If we cancel the service, a full refund will be issued.
5. Changes to Booking

Any changes to the event (e.g., guest count, venue) must be communicated at least 15 days in advance.

Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.

If any additional requirements are made which are not included in the order, then we may or may not include the additional requirements. All the additional service cost will be added.
6. Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses during the event caused by third parties (e.g., vendors or guests).

We are not liable for any damages caused by any kind of third-party vendors, guests or any other people. Any issues or damages arising from their services are the sole responsibility of the vendor, and the client will be held accountable for resolving or covering any associated costs.

We are not responsible for any damages or disruptions caused by weather or climate conditions. Clients are encouraged to make contingency plans for such events.

Our team will take utmost care in executing your event, but minor deviations from plans may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Use of Images
We may use photos or videos from your event for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the event.
8. External Vendors

If using third-party vendors, we are not responsible for their services or any delays, damages, or issues caused by them.

All external vendors must comply with venue rules and guidelines.
9. Event Insurance
Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance for unforeseen events such as weather disruptions, vendor cancellations, or accidents.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for events outside of our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations that prevent the event from proceeding as planned.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto.
12. Policy on Prohibited Activities
We strictly do not organize or participate in events that involve drugs, illegal activities, or any form of unlawful behavior. Our commitment is to ensure safe, legal, and enjoyable experiences for all guests and participants. We prioritize safety and legal compliance in all our services to ensure a positive and respectful environment for everyone.
13. Security

We do not provide security services for any events or parties.

The client is responsible for arranging their own security if needed.

We are not liable for any incidents, theft, or damages related to security.

All security concerns should be addressed by the client or hired third-party security providers.

We recommend hiring professional security services for large or high-profile events.
